In the search for the best rosé from Provence, we again selected the REX rosé. Crispy and fresh dry with the right tension between crunchy fruit, fraîcheur, lavender and raspberry! It is made from cool fermented grapes picked at night, 400 meters above sea level with lots of marl and lime in the soil. This makes this king of Provence so attractive minerally and crunchy. Taste it yourself!
