Château La Mission Haut-Brion Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan Bordeaux

In some years, La Mission is better than Haut-Brion itself, as in 2009. The wines are always rich and very powerful with a dominant touch of oak, and need at least 10 years of bottle maturing before they come to drink. The best volumes will last for half a century. Led by Clarence Dillon, La Mission joined the world top in recent decades.
